IUO Participates at Nigeria Private Universities Debate Competition

IUO Participates in the Nigeria Private Universities Debate (NIPUD) Competition
IUO students are presently at the Bingham University, Karu for the NIPUD competition. IUO is participating for the fifth time at NIPUD which is in its 5th season. The students who left for the competition on Sunday 21st May, were commended for their sacrifice by the Vice Chancellor, Prof Osaghae Eghosa, who told them to always fly the university's flag high. "Sing our banner high all the time. God bless you all", he said.

It will be recalled that in the month of February, the IUO was represented at the Nigerian Debate Society, Obafemi Awolowo University, where we won the first prize. According to one of the female students who represented the University at this year's competition, IUO is a school that affords students the opportunity to showcase their ability in various competitions. "I thank the Vice Chancellor who always insists that our university must be represented in these competitions", she said.
